Office Hours

Monday: 10 a.m. until 6:30 p.m.
Tuesday: 9 a.m. until 5 p.m., after 5 p.m. by appointment only
Wednesday: 9 a.m. until 5 p.m., after 5 p.m. by appointment only
Thursday: 9 a.m. until 5 p.m., after 5 p.m. by appointment only
Friday: By appointment only
Saturday: 8am until noon

I am a cell phone call away if you are in any pain or discomfort. My cell phone number is on the office recording at 847-255-2526.

Appointments

My team and I look forward to seeing you and we will provide a telephone reminder the day before your appointment. I make every effort to stay on schedule and generally do, but I ask for your understanding of the unique obligation I have to each and every patient who trusts me with their care. I will occasionally deliver more attention to my patients than I anticipated and run behind schedule. I will make every effort to see you as promptly as possible. I also know that your obligations sometimes demand more of your time than you expected. Please give us as much notice as possible for these changes.

Insurance

My office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. We strive to make financial arrangements that fit your insurance benefits, flexible spending accounts and you own personal obligations. Please honor us with your honesty as to what will work best for you and we will attempt to make it happen.

Payments

I accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, checks and cash. I offer a discount to patients who pay in full for their treatment at the initiation of treatment. Otherwise, most patients spread out their treatment fee over the duration of treatment with no finance charge.

Please honor us with your honesty as to what will work best for you and we will attempt to make it happen. We pride ourselves on being creative and making treatment happen for everyone!
